The long warm days are upon us. And the out of doors looks very inviting.
When you’re “getting out there” this summer be sure not to over do it with activities you haven’t done since last year. Make sure to build up some stamina for swimming, or paddling, or whatever else you love to do in the warmer months. Pay attention to your body, and you’ll enjoy yourself a lot more, and have a lot less pain and physical discomfort.
