Breath is very important as we all know, but how often do you consciously breath? Conscious breathing is both great for relaxing you, but can help get rid of aches and pains.
Most people never think about breathing unless they have a cold or are a smoker. While walking or exercising practice conscious breathing and see how you feel. Conscious breath is best practiced outside in the fresh air, but inside is fine , too. Try it if you’re tired or stressed or can’t recall something…you may be suprised how your state improves!
